Privacy policy
§1 General provisions
- The administrator of your data is: Amelia Majchrzak, conducting business under the name: "Amelia Majchrzak" with its registered office in Mierzyn 97-340, at: Mierzyn 13D, identification number NIP 7712918608, REGON 52161370, which for the purposes of this document will be referred to as the Administrator.
- Any Personal Data collected by the Administrator through the online shop website shall be processed in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
§2 Type, purpose and scope of data processing and collection.
- The Administrator, processes the following data in the following cases:
- In the case of account registration in the online shop and its management, legal basis rt. 6(1)(b) RODO i.e. it is the performance of a contract for the provision of services by electronic means in accordance with the shop's regulations.
- The data processed are: e-mail address
- In the case of placing an order, this is the legal basis: rt. 6(1) RODO i.e. the performance of a sales contract
- The data processed are: name and surname as well as the address indicated for delivery but also e-mail and telephone number.
- In the case of subscribing to the Newsletter, the legal basis is art. r par. 1 RODO, i.e. the provision of a service for the purpose of commercial information by electronic means
- The data processed are: first name, surname and e-mail address.
- Provision of the data indicated above in the above cases is voluntary.
- The Administrator undertakes to exercise due diligence to protect both the data themselves and the persons who voluntarily submitted them for processing.
- The Administrator also ensures that the data processed by him are necessary for the provision of services, and the processing itself is lawful and not subject to further processing in a manner incompatible with the purpose specified herein.
- The Administrator informs that in addition to the data indicated above, other information related to the use of the online shop may be collected, such as: time spent on the website, IP of the User, browser name.
§3 Data Archiving
- All data is processed and stored only for the period necessary for each of the purposes duly indicated above.
- In the case of an account, for as long as the User has an account
- In the case of a Newsletter, for as long as consent to send e-mail in the form of a Newsletter is not revoked.
- In the case of an order, for the time necessary for the performance of the Sales Contract for the Goods, but also for the time necessary for any complaint procedure or withdrawal from the contract. After this time, processing takes place in accordance with the law for a period of 6 or 3 years.
§4 Disclosure of collected data
- The personal data collected and processed by the Administrator may be disclosed, in a lawful manner, to entities entitled to obtain them, if such entitlement is clear from the legal regulations.
- The data shall also be disclosed in accordance with the purposes specified in §2 to entities such as:
- courier companies
- accounting office
- providers and operators of payment systems
- providers of software necessary for running the online shop
- entities responsible for sending e-mails.
- The Administrator ensures that each of the entities to which the data will be made available is based in the EEA.
§5 Rights of the Customer
- The data subject has the following rights:
- The right to access the content of his/her personal data.
- The right to rectification.
- The right to erasure of the data.
- The right to restrict processing.
- The right to data portability.
- The right to lodge an objection.
- The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

§6 Complaint and Infringements
If it is established that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the RODO, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority.
§7 COOKIES Files
- The Shop does not automatically collect any information except for the information contained in cookies.
- Cookies (so-called "cookies") are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Store's User's terminal equipment and are intended for the use of the Store's websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device and a unique number. The Store operator is the entity placing and accessing cookie files on the Store User's terminal device.
- Cookies are used for the following purposes:
- adapting the content of the Shop's websites to the User's preferences and optimising the use of the websites; in particular, these files make it possible to recognise the device of a Shop User and appropriately display the website, adjusted to the User's individual needs;
- generating statistics which help to understand how users of the Store's websites use them, which makes it possible to improve their structure and content;
- The Shop uses two basic types of cookies: "session" cookies and "permanent" cookies (persistent cookies). "Session" cookies are temporary files which are stored on the User's terminal equipment until they leave the website or the software (web browser) is switched off. "Permanent" cookies are stored on the User's terminal equipment for the time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until they are deleted by the User.
- The following types of cookies are used within the Shop:
- "necessary" cookies which make it possible to use the services available within the Shop, e.g. authentication cookies used for services which require authentication within the Shop;
- cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect abuse of authentication within the Shop;
- "performance" cookies, enabling the collection of information about the use of the Shop's websites;
- "functional" cookies, enabling "remembering" the User's selected settings and personalising the User's interface, e.g. with respect to the selected language or region of origin of the User, font size, web page layout, etc;
- "advertising" cookies, enabling the User to be provided with advertising content more tailored to their interests.
- In many cases, the web browsing software (web browser) allows cookies to be stored on the User's terminal device by default. Users of the Store can make changes to their cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or inform on their each time placement on the Store User's device. Detailed information on the possibility and methods of using cookies is available in the settings of your software (web browser).
- Cookies placed on the Store User's terminal equipment may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Store operator.

§8 Final provisions
- The Administrator undertakes to take all the necessary steps to protect the processing of the data and to limit any risks.
- In matters not regulated by the Privacy Policy, the provisions of the PDPA and the laws of the Republic of Poland shall apply accordingly.
